For services requiring payment:

• Payment schedules are typically milestone-based for development projects
• Late payments may result in service suspension or termination
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Refund policies will be outlined in individual service agreements

We understand the importance of confidentiality in business relationships:
